Calmia Fine Living Villas are located about 3km from the nearest beach, in the picturesque village of Tsoukalades, on the island of Lefkada.

Offer modern and luxury accommodation, peaceful enviroment and is ideal choice for several families or a group of friends.

Accommodation

Both villas spreads into two levels: ground floor there is a bedroom with en suite bathroom, separated toilet, living room with sofa bed, kitchen and dining area and upper floor with a bedroom including en suite bathroom and one more small room with single sofa bed.

In the garden guests can use BBQ facilities, swimming pool and ground floor terraces with dining tables. Balconies on the floor are also equipped with seating sets.

Each villa can accommodate up to 7 guests.
