• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Calm Wave villas are located in the famous Ponti neighborhood which belongs to Vasiliki in Lefkada. Villas are about 10-15 minutes walk from the city center of Vasiliki and because of its location, these villas provide a peaceful holiday away from the noise. Within the complex, which covers an area of 4.2 hectares, there are two villas: Villa Irini and Villa Elena.

Accommodation

Spacious villas of 155 square meters are built on four levels, modernly furnished and contain everything that is necessary for a comfortable stay.

On the first level, there is a bedroom with a king-size bed, a sofa and a private bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub. This bedroom also has a separate entrance.

On the second level, there is a bedroom with two separate beds, a terrace and a bathroom with a bathtub. On the third level, there is a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen which can be accessed from the main or assistance entrance, as well as from the terrace that has a sea view. In the living room, there is a fireplace, Smart TV with satellite channels, home cinema with USB entrance and Sony PlayStation 3.

On the fourth level, there is another bedroom with a king-size bed and its own bathroom with a shower with hydromassage. All levels in the villas are connected by a staircase.

All bedrooms are equipped with a TV and wardrobes with a mirror.

Cleaning and replacing of bed linen and towels is done every 4 days.

Guests of the villa have air conditioning, free WiFi internet, parking space, swimming pool (5m x 8m) and barbecue. Within the pool, there are sunbeds with umbrellas.

Pets are not allowed.
