Description

Situated in the Paradisos area of Neos Marmaras, By The Sea Red House is about 100m away from the Paradisos Beach and 3.6km away from the city beach.

Accommodation

This duplex apartment, which by its structure is a maisonette on two levels, can accommodate a maximum of seven persons (six adults and one child). On the lower level (ground floor), there is a living room, a kitchen, a dining room and a toilet, while on the upper level (first floor), there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The bedrooms have a double bed each and there is the possibility of adding an extra bed for a child up to 8 years old in one of them. There are two sofas for two persons in the living room. The living room and each bedroom have an independent cooling unit.

Amenities include free Wi-Fi internet, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four glass ceramic hotplates, a large oven, a large fridge with freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee machine, a toaster, BBQ facilities in the yard. On request a baby cot and baby feeding chair are available.

The apartment has a veranda and 2 balconies with an access from every bedroom. You can see the sea in the distance.

Small pets are allowed upon agreement with the owner and without charge.

The guests have at their disposal sunbeds and umbrellas that they can take to the beach without any charge, but with the obligation to return them every day.

The cleaning and the replacement of bed linen and towels, which are provided every seventh day, is done by the guests themselves. The cleaning service is available with an additional charge of 40€ per service.

No parking space is provided, but there is always a free parking space near the accommodation.
