• The above prices are in euros per room/per night.
• These are the official prices of the property owner.
• Note: Tourist tax is included in regular prices.
• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid 45 days before the arrival.
• Check-in: after 15:00; Check-out: before 10:00.
• Additional sets of bed linen and towels are included in the price only for stays of 11 or more nights.

Minimum stay
• In the period from 01.06. until 15.09. minimum stay is 7 nights.
• In the period from 01.04 to 31.05 and from 16.09 to 31.10. the minimum stay is 5 nights.
• In the period from 01.11. until 31.03. the minimum period of stay is 15 nights.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 45 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If a reservation is canceled later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Broskis Apartment is located in Fourka, on the Kassandra peninsula, 180 meters from the beach, and 250 meters from the nearest market. It is part of a closed complex consisting of 12 apartments. It is located on the upper ground floor and can accommodate up to 6 people.

Accommodation

The apartment has two bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The living room features a sofa that folds out into a bed with dimensions of 140x190cm. On request, another extra bed can be added, as well as a baby cot and a high chair.

The kitchen includes the necessary dishes, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a mini-stove with an oven and two glass-ceramic stovetops, a dining area, and a large gas cylinder that can be used for cooking on the terrace. The private bathroom has a shower curtain and a hairdryer.

The accommodation is air-conditioned and equipped with mosquito nets, free Wi-Fi internet, and television with Balkan channels. The apartment is not cleaned during the stay, and for stays of 11 nights or more, spare sets of bed linen and towels are provided, which guests change themselves.

The apartment offers two terraces - the larger one (9m²) is accessed from the living room, while one of the bedrooms has access to a smaller terrace (2m²). Both are covered, and the larger one has a seating/dining area.

Free private parking is available to guests in front of the accommodation. Pets are not allowed, and house rules must be observed during the afternoon and evening.
