• Deposit of 35% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.
• The damage deposit is 300 EUR and is paid upon check-in. It is returned at the end of the stay, after inspecting the general condition of the house.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 60 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Brina House is located in Pefkohori, on the Kassandra Peninsula, Halkidiki. The beach is 500 m away. It is suitable for six adults and two children.

Accommodation

The composition of Brina House is a maisonette on three levels, with an area of 100m2.

On the first level, i.e. on the ground floor, there is a living room with a corner sofa suitable for two people. In the living room there is also a dining table with chairs, a TV and a fireplace. The living room opens onto a veranda equipped with outdoor furniture suitable for dining. On the ground floor there is also a kitchen with a large combined refrigerator and stove. with a toaster. kettle, microwave and dishwasher. A small toilet is also located on the ground floor.

The second level features a bedroom with a double bed suitable for two people, which opens onto a terrace equipped with outdoor furniture. The second bedroom, i.e. the children's room, has an interior suitable for children and is equipped with a bunk bed, with an interesting design. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a washing machine.

On the third level (in the attic), there is the third and most luxurious bedroom in the maisonette, as it is equipped with a jacuzzi tub in addition to a double bed of larger dimensions. There is also a smaller toilet. And from the bedroom there is a large terrace equipped with a corner sofa.

Wi-fi internet, TV and air conditioning are available to guests.

The yard is decorated with greenery, guests can also use the grill located in the yard.

During the stay, the guests themselves take care of the hygiene of the house as well as the change of bed linen and towels.

Small pets are allowed with an additional charge and prior request.

Guests can park their vehicles on the street near the accommodation.
