Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Bili smo porodično u drugoj polovini avgusta 2024. i možemo dati sve preporuke. Samo imanje je divno, veliko, puno hlada i prostora za parking, u bilo koje doba dana. Sve je u zelenilu, u cvrkutu ptica i glasanju cvrčaka. Sam smeštaj je lep, čist, dovoljno velik i komforan, ništa preterano fensi, ali sasvim ok za vrlo prihvatljivu cenu i za one koji ne traže hotel sa 5 zvezdica, jer im je poenta u moru i plažama, a ne u smeštaju. WiFi je dobar. Maria je divan domaćin, ljubazna i uvek na usluzi, dobro govori engleski. Vrlo blizu, na 7-8 minuta peške je plaža Tristinika, koja je sasvim prihvatljiva i na putu do nje se prolazi kroz "tunel" od bambusa, jer je rečica pored, pa stičete nakratko utisak da ste u Aziji. Na nekoliko km udaljenosti je još nekoliko solidnih plaža, naravno ići automobilom. Sve u svemu, za svaku preporuku za one koji vole predah od gradske gužve. Potencijalna mana je nedostatak uveče mesta za šetnju, za one koji to traže, ali opet se može sesti u auto i otići nekoliko km do malog Toronija ili do 20-ak km udaljenog, punog gužve i nedostatka mesta za parking, Neos Marmarasa.
