Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Set in a quiet neighborhood in Psakoudia, Boolitsa House is on the contrary very close to the city beach (approximately 150m away), promenade, taverns, bakeries and supermarkets.

Accommodation

It is a two-level house that consists of 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the lower level, as well as a living room with a kitchen and a WC on the higher level (high ground floor).

One bedroom has a double bed, the other one has two single beds and a drawer bed. There is a corner sofa in the living room. Both bathrooms have a shower cabin. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a dishwasher and a washing machine. Amenities include Wi-Fi internet, TV, air conditioning, mosquito nets and hairdryer.

During the stay, the guests themselves are in charge of cleaning, changing the bed sheets and towels and maintaining the hygiene. 

There is a small yard.
