Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus the administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of the remaining days will be charged

Blue Block Apartments is located in Nea Skioni within 100 meters from the sea and 600 meters from the beach.

Prevaranti. Dogovorena je cena pre polaska, potvrđeno na koju vrstu smeštaja se tiče i uplaćena rezervacija, muškarcu (verujemo sin vlasnice). Još jednom preko emaila sve potvrdili. Kada smo predveče umorni od puta došli pred zgradu, sačekuje nas nekakva žena za koju nemamo pojima ko je (naravno nema pojima engleski) i šta je i traži 5€ više da se doplati. Pošto sam imao kontakt od mladića kome sam uplatio , on se pravio nevešt a mi smo samo želeli da odmaramo i na plažu i da ostavimo kasnije da se dogovorimo oko cene. Naravno nikakvog dogovora nije bilo. Smeštaj je jako loš, vrata koja se ne modu zatvoriti i škipe, posuđe koje je zagorelo, niko od "ljubaznih domaćina" nije objasnio gde se odlaže smeće....

Posle dugog puta, sa dvoje male dece, stigli smo u Nea Skioni i brzo našli ove apartmane. Čekali smo gazdaricu 2 sata, da dođe i uvede nas u naš smeštaj. Odmah nas je obavestila da smo se, za cenu boravka, dogovorili sa njenim sinom i da je ona vlasnica svega, a ne njen sin. (20% smo unapred uplatili preko western uniona, i to je bio ogroman problem, jer su uspeli da podignu taj novac tek krajem decembra, očigledno da nisu umeli, jer su oko toga pravili problem od avgusta do decembra) Cenu smeštaja je podigla, mi smo ostali 3 noći i i našli drugi smeštaj u istom mestu. Sam studio u kojem smo kratko boravili, u prizemlju, jeste skroman, posteljina je bila čista, sudovi i pribor nisu bili potpuni, ni čisti. U toalet se jedva ulazi, jako je mali i ne mogu unutra boraviti dve osobe (što je nama bilo teže zbog male dece). Sve ovo i nije toliko bilo strašno, ali činjenica da smo morali da doplatimo za smeštaj i ponašanje gazdarice nas je primoralo da nađemo novi smeštaj. Plaža NIJE udaljena 100 metara, more je udaljeno toliko, ali plaža je udaljena oko 800 metara.
