• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus the administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Accommodation
Blue Avenue Resort consists of 5 villas, and for all those eager to enjoy a refreshing swim on a hot, sunny day, the complex also features a large swimming pool with beach furniture (umbrellas and sun loungers). Within the complex, there is also a padel court. All villas have the same capacity – a maximum of 4 people can be accommodated in one villa. The villas are exceptionally comfortable, spacious, and very bright (characterized by numerous large windows that provide this advantage). The interior, designed according to the most modern trends in architecture and interior aesthetics, consists of two floors – the ground floor and the first floor.
On the ground floor, there is a sofa bed that can sleep a maximum of two people, an LCD TV, and a kitchen equipped with everything necessary for preparing meals – it has a sink, microwave, stovetop, large refrigerator with freezer, dishes, cutlery, plates, cups, glasses, and a hood. The kitchen also includes a breakfast bar with chairs where guests can sit and enjoy their culinary creations. From this room, there is access to a terrace furnished with outdoor furniture (table and chairs).
On the upper floor, there is a large double bed with bedside tables and lamps, a spacious wardrobe, and an LCD TV. This floor also features a bathroom which, like the entire villa, is built according to the most modern standards. It includes a shower cabin, toilet, and sink. Towels and shampoos are provided for guests in the bathroom. This floor also offers access to a terrace that likewise includes outdoor furniture.
Bed linen is provided in this accommodation, as well as parking and a baby cot (on request). To ensure your stay in this villa is worry-free regarding your baby’s or child’s safety, a stair gate is also available to prevent accidents. Pets are also allowed on request. All villas are air-conditioned.
