Description

Black Rose House is located on the Sithonia peninsula, 500 meters from the center and less than 50 meters from the beach in Sarti. It offers studios for 3-4 people.

Accommodation

The facility consists of 4 three-bed and 4 four-bed studios.

Three triple units are on the first floor, while one is located on the ground floor. Each studio has a double bed and a single bed.

Two four-bed units are on the ground floor, and two on the first floor. One contains two double beds, while the others have one double and two single beds.

The studios have a kitchen that includes a two-burner stove, a small refrigerator, and a coffee maker, a private bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer, and a terrace with a table and chairs.

The units are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, and mosquito nets. A baby cot can be added on request. Bed linen is changed every 3 days, while towels are changed every 5 days.

The facility does not have its own yard, while vehicles can be parked on the street in front of the accommodation or in the nearby public parking lot.
