Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Billy's house is situated in the picturesque village of Vassiliki at the south end of Lefkada Island at a quiet and peaceful green location, 100m away from the beach.

It consists of 4 studios and 4 two-room apartments, all ground floor, that are surrounded by a well maintained, large garden, sheltered by mature plane trees.

There are two barbeques in the garden as well as wooden tables under the shade of the trees where you can enjoy your meals or drinks and relax. There is a sheltered garage to park your car, a children's playground and a children's pool. There is free high speed Wi-Fi in the inside of the rooms and the premises.

Our strong quality is that we are close to everything without having the noise of the centre.Our guests usually come back almost every year.Amongst them there are windsurfers, mountain bike lovers, beach lovers but above all nature lovers.

Studios

Studios (22-25 sq.m): For 2-4 persons.In the main room they have 1 double bed or two single beds that can be put together if necessary (We add a matress in the middle for your comfort).In the kitchen area there is a bunk bed for 2 kids in 2 of the studios and 1 sofa that turns to a single bed in the other 2.

All the studios contain:

• TV SAT(with internet connection)
• Fully equipped kitchen
• Wi-Fi
• Hair dryer
There is extra equipment for babies such as baby bed, high chair and baby bathtub.

Apartments

2-Room Apartments: These contain 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, A/C, WC and TV set and a room with two single beds or a bunk bed + a roll out bed, A/C, second WC, TV set and a kitchen.It sleeps 4-5 people. Owners collect garbage and clean the rooms daily. They change your sheets and towels every two or three days according to your length of stay.
