Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled up to 8 days before arrival 50% of total reservation will be charged.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Although our suites are a tad smaller than the typical serviced apartment, they have been designed to feel a lot larger.

1 bedroom Apartments (31m2) consisted of one living room and a separated bedroom. In the main bedroom there is a comfortable king size bed (160*190), while in the living room there is a sleeper sofa which turns into 2 comfortable beds (80*180). Moreover, the apartments have fully equipped kitchenette, private bathroom with bath/shower, 2 air-conditions, TV, free Wi-Fi and private furnished balcony with garden and partial sea view. Max persons 4.

2-bedrooms Apartment (55m2) - these apartment consist of 2 completely separate bedrooms and a kitchen/living room area. In both bedrooms there is a comfortable king size bed (160*190),AC,TV. Moreover, the apartments have fully equipped kitchenette with the living room where there is a sleeper sofa which turns into 2 comfortable beds (80*180).There are 2 private bathrooms with bath/shower first in the main bedroom and another ,3 air-conditions, 3 TV, free Wi-Fi and 2 private furnished balconies with garden view. Max persons 4+2.

Apartment cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels are done twice a week.
