• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid 7 days before the arrival, along with the tourist tax.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the total amount paid is nonrefundable.

Description

Big Blue Gold Apartment is located in Nea Kallikratia, on the Halkidiki peninsula, just 90 meters from the nearest beach. The apartment is situated on the first floor and is suitable for up to 4 guests.

Accommodation

The apartment has two rooms – one with a double bed, and the other with two single beds, which can also be used as a living room. The kitchen includes a large refrigerator with a freezer, a stove with an oven, and a dining table. There is also a private bathroom with a shower.

The air-conditioning unit is located in the hallway and cools the entire apartment from that position. An internet modem is available, which guests can top up themselves (according to the owner’s instructions). Bed linen and towels are provided and changed every 7 days.

A corner terrace with a table and chairs is available for guests.

Free parking is provided nearby for apartment guests.
