• If a reservation is canceled up to 14 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Best Villa in Crete 1 is located high on the hillside in Agios Georgios, overlooking the turquoise waters of the Aegean Sea and with its northeast facing position, catches the early morning sunshine. The villa can accommodate up to 5 guests.

Accommodation

The main entrance opens to a two-floor high living room which has many large windows that allow the flow of light and add to the general airy atmospehe of this modern villa. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need.

Both master and guest bedrooms feature the highest quality furnishings and fittings and aesthetic materials, ensuring the greatest of comfort throughout. There are 2 double beds and one sofa bed.

The outdoor area features an infinity pool with characteristics Cimentogonia surfaces and a large seating/dining area covered with a techologically advanced pergola which creates both shade and lets in sunlight.

There are 2 bathrooms.
