• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Belvedere House is located 70 meters from the port and 150 meters from the beach in Porto Koufo, on the Sithonia peninsula. The nearest market is 350 meters away. It can accommodate 4 people and offers a courtyard with parking.

Accommodation

Belvedere House is a studio with a gallery. The lower level is open-space with a kitchen and a corner sofa bed. The bedroom with a double bed is located on a gallery with a ladder that is not separated by a door.

The kitchen includes a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a single-burner stovetop, a coffee maker, and a kettle. The private bathroom has a shower without a tub or a cabin.

The accommodation is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, and a hair dryer. The studio is not cleaned during the stay, and clean sets of bed linen and towels are provided, which guests change themselves as needed.

Guests have at their disposal a terrace with a view of a small yard, a seatimg area, and a private parking space.

Pets are welcome.
