• Note: Tourist tax (10€ per day/per room) not included in regular prices.
• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

The Bella Vista Luxury Apartments are situated on an old olive grove in Chrisi Akti, within the hidden paradise of Thassos, at a 10-minute walking distance from the sea, where the blue sea and the golden coastline are embraced by the pine-tree branches.

Accommodation

This is a complex comprising of seven different apartments that was built in 2019. It combines modern style with a homey feeling and invites you to discover the unique combination of comfort and hospitality. Every spacious apartment has modern appliances as well as oversized balcony from which you will enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view to the blue colors of the bay and the pine-trees all around.

• Apartments A1, A2, A3, A4, B1, B3

Spacious airy apartment with large balcony on the facade. This apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a separate bedroom with a king-size bed and a living room with a sofa that can accommodate two people in separate single beds. In the living room there is a kitchen counter equipped with fridge, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, ceramic hob, cooker hood and all the necessary utensils. Each room has a separate TV and A/C unit. Windows and balcony doors have window nets. The balcony has a large dining table and seats.

• Apartment B2

Spacious airy apartment with large balcony that can accommodate up to 5 people. It consists of a separate bedroom with a king-size bed and a living room with a sofa that can accommodate two people in separate single beds and another sofa/bed that can accomoddate one person. In the living room there is a kitchen counter equipped with fridge, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, ceramic hob, cooker hood and all the necessary utensils. Each room has a separate TV and A/C unit. Windows and balcony doors have window nets. The balcony has a large dining table and seats.

Apartments B1 and A2 can accommodate families with 3 children by merging 2 large single beds which can form a bed 180x200 with additional top layer.

This property is pet friendly - pets up to 15kg are allowed.
