Description

This property, which amazes all guests who are determined to spend their holiday in luxury with its comfort, is located in the village of Polychrono on the Kassandra peninsula (Chalkidiki) and is 90 kilometers away (just over an hour’s drive) from Thessaloniki International Airport. The position of this villa makes it an ideal place for those who consider walking to the beach an unnecessary waste of valuable vacation time – it is located directly on the seafront. The only thing that prevents the waves of the Aegean Sea from washing against the walls of this villa is the lawn of its beautiful backyard. In addition to the backyard, the villa also has a front yard where the parking area is located, through which a charming path leads from the street to the villa, winding between the trees.

Accommodation

The property itself is divided into two floors (ground floor and first floor), each with a separate entrance. Across these two floors, there are three bedrooms, two living rooms, two terraces, two kitchens, and two bathrooms. Parking is provided for guests in the front yard (two parking spaces).

On the ground floor, there is one bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a terrace.
The bedroom has one large double bed, while the living room features two sofas that can accommodate two people for sleeping. The living room also includes a fireplace and a television. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, extractor hood, cookware, electric kettle, toaster, and coffee machines (one for filter coffee and one for Nespresso coffee). The bathroom is standardly equipped and includes a bathtub, washbasin, toilet, hair dryer, and a washing machine. The large ground-floor terrace is furnished with outdoor furniture and offers a sea view.

On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a terrace. In the first bedroom, there are two separate single beds, while the second bedroom (which also serves as a living room) features one large double bed, a fireplace, a television, and a gallery with two mattresses that can also be used for sleeping. The bathroom, kitchen, and terrace are equipped in the same way as on the ground floor (the terrace also offers a sea view).

All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
Pets are not allowed in this property.
Bed linen and towels are provided, as well as beach equipment – sun loungers and umbrellas.
A barbecue is available for guests in the yard, and the entire complex is covered by free wireless internet.
For a small additional fee on top of the existing prices, guests can rent a car, arrange airport transfers, and book daily excursions.
