Beach Front Maisonette Maria with panoramic sea view and spacious outdoor veranda, is located in the beach front of a Private Villas Complex, within 7 km from the famous Grand Resort Porto Carras (which has a gold course, winery for wine tasting, a marina and one of Greece’s largest Casinos), but also close to the village Neos Marmaras with developed infrastructure (bank, supermarket, post, medical and dentist office, taverns & restaurant, hair salon, police station) and 1 km to water Sports and Greek traditional tavern The Pirate.

Accommodation

An 80 sq.m., three-story beautiful villa, fully furnished and airconditioned, comfortably accommodates 6 people, potentially 1 extra person on the couch in living room.

The ground floor: A fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a living room.

1st floor: two bedrooms the one with a double bed, and a balcony with amazing sea view and the other one with two single beds, and a bathroom.

2nd floor: attic with a double bed.
