• These are the official prices of the property owner.
• Check-in is after 15:00, and check-out until 11:00.
• Swimming pool working hours: 09:30-14:00 and 17:00-20:30 (14:00-17:00 are quiet hours).
• Baby cot is free for babies up to 1.99 years old. If the child turns 2 during the stay, the cot is extra charge.
• Note: Tourist tax (8€ per day/per room) not included in regular prices.
• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In case of an earlier departure, 100% of the remaining days will be charged.

Bay Leaves Suites is located right on the coast in Vourvourou, on the peninsula of Sithonia. It is a family business, an authentic complex that offers modern accommodation for 4-5 people with a beautiful view of Diaporos bay and Livari beach.

It is an excellent choice both for families with children who can enjoy playing in nature, and for couples who want to relax in a peaceful and romantic environment.

Accommodation

There are two accommodation units available on the first floor.

• Junior Suite - Can accommodate 4 people. In the living room there are two single beds folded into a corner set, while the sleeping area with a double bed is partially separated. The kitchen includes a large fridge-freezer and a two-burner stovetop, while the private bathroom has a shower. It offers a spacious terrace with outdoor seating/dining area and sea views.

• Deluxe Suite - Suitable for 4 adults and 1 child. It consists of a living room with two single beds arranged into a corner sofa and a kitchen, and a separate bedroom with a double bed. The kitchen includes a large fridge-freezer, a two-burner stovetop, and a coffee maker, while the private bathroom has a shower. The suite has a spacious terrace with outdoor furniture and a view of the garden and the sea.

Both units are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet and television.

The complex includes a courtyard with outdoor furniture and sunbeds, tucked away in nature and beautiful scenery. Free private parking is provided.
