• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Basilis Rooms is located only 80 meters from the beach, in Vrachos.

In the front of the object there are two restaurants.

Accommodation

Basilis Rooms consists of two apartments located on the 1st floor: one for up to 3 adults and 1 child and the other apartment for up to 5 people.

1st Apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and kitchen area with one single bed and one extra folded bed. Can accommodate 3 adults and 1 child.

2nd Apartment includes two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds) and living room with kitchen and one single bed.

There are two more studios on the ground floor: one has two double beds in one space and the other is under construction now and will have a double bed and a single bed. But they do not have parking place.
