Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus the administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Barbara House is located 900m from the center of Kriopigi, on the Kassandra peninsula. The beach is located downhill from the accommodation and is about 550m away.

The facility offers accommodation for 2 to 4 persons and provides Wi-Fi internet, TV, air conditioning, BBQ facilities, and private parking. 

Accommodation

Barbara House has nine studios on the ground floor, first and second floors.

All accommodation units have a kitchen with a fridge (two units have large fridges), a hob with two hotplates, a kettle, and a toaster. The terraces of the units on the second floor have distant sea views. The bathroom has a shower without a curtain.

The cleaning of the units and the change of bed linen are done every five days. The towels are changed every 3 days.

Laundry service is included in the price.

Samo reči hvale za ovaj smeštaj. Svaka tri dana zamena posteljine i peškira i čišćenje. Za sve što je trebalo, neko je bio na raspolaganju. Čak su ove godine stavljeni i novi dušeci, pa je krevet kao kod kuće. Odnos cene i kvaliteta je daleko u korist kvaliteta.

Поштовани, пре пар дана смо се вратили са Касандре. Били смо смештени у Barbara House, у месту Криопиги, који смо нашли на сајту grckainfo. Домаћини су прељубазни, мењали су нам пешкире 3 пута за 7 дана, постељину једном, средили и обрисали под 2 пута, били ту за свако питање, имали смо и машину за веш укључену у цену. Наша соба имала је терасицу која је излазила на предивно двориште са погледом на море. Презадовољни смо и однос цене и квалитета су за сваку препоруку! Све нам је било на 10-15минута аутом максимално, тако да смо обишли Калитеу, Полихроно, Ханиоти, Афитос, Сивири и наравно плаже у Криопигију ❤️
