Description

Balias Studios is located in the central part of Nea Peramos, in the area of Kavala. The complex is set next to the beach and promenade, offering accommodation for 2-4 people with a yard and a beautiful view of the sea.

Accommodation

Balias Studios consists of one duplex apartment and nine studios. All studios are located in one building, while the apartment is in another building, separated by a street with little traffic

• Studio No. 1 (20m²) - It is located on the first floor, suitable for 2 people, and offers a view of the sea. It contains a double bed, a kitchen (hob and small fridge), and a private bathroom with a shower.

• Studio No. 2 (20m²) - It is located on the first floor, suitable for 2 people, and offers a view of the sea. It contains a double bed, a kitchen (hob and small fridge), and a private bathroom with a shower.

• Studio No. 3 (25m²) - It is located on the first floor of the building with a view of the sea, and suitable for 3 people. It is equipped with a double and a single bed, a kitchen with a hob and a mini fridge, as well as a private bathroom with a shower.

• Studio No. 4 (25m²) - Located on the first floor and can accommodate 3 people. It has a double bed in a separate bedroom and a single bed in the kitchen equipped with a hob and a mini fridge. There is also a private bathroom with a shower. It does not have a terrace within the accommodation unit itself - guests use the terrace with a view of the sea, accessed from the corridor.

• Studio No. 5 (40m²) - Located on the first floor, can accommodate 3 adults and 1 child, and offers street view. It has 4 single beds, a kitchen that includes a large fridge and a mini stove with an oven, and a private bathroom with a bathtub.

• Studio No. 6 (40m²) - Located on the second floor and can accommodate up to 4 people. It has a double and two single beds, a kitchen with a large refrigerator and a mini stove with an oven, as well as a private bathroom. Guests have at their disposal a spacious terrace with a view of the street, but they also have access to a veranda with sunbeds on the roof of the house, overlooking the sea.

• Studio No. 7 (40m²) - It is located on the ground floor, at the back of the building, and can accommodate 3 adults and 2 children. It has a double bed and two single beds. The kitchen is equipped with a hob and mini fridge, and the bathroom is equipped with a bathtub. The studio overlooks the street.

• Studio No. 8 (25m²) - Located on the ground floor at the back of the building, this studio can accommodate 3 people and overlooks the street. It is equipped with a double and a single bed, a kitchen (hob and mini fridge), and a private bathroom with a shower.

• Studio No. 9 (20m²) - It is located on the ground floor at the front of the building and is suitable for two people. It contains two joined single beds, a kitchen (small fridge and a hob), and a small bathroom with a shower separated by accordion doors. This studio offers garden and partial sea views.

The studios set on the ground floor are equipped with older furniture, while those on the first and second floors have more modern furniture and better decoration. Four-bed studios have the option of adding an extra bed.

• Apartment (55m²) - Located on the high ground floor, six steps from street level. It has two rooms equipped with one double bed and one single bed, air conditioning and television. The kitchen is separate and includes a combined fridge, stove, kettle and. coffee machine. The bathroom has a washing machine and a shower cabin. The terrace overlooks the street, but you can also see the sea between the buildings.

Cleaning, bed linen and towels replacement are done every 3-4 days.

The yard features a seating area as well as barbecue equipment.

Guests can park their cars in nearby streets.

It should also be noted that the owner in the front part of the building has a cafe where music is played until late in the evening. Although the music is not too loud, it is possible that it may disturb some guests. A sawmill is also available within the property.
