Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Balconaki Apartments are located in Vourvuru on the Sithonia peninsula, the city beach is 1 km away. It consists of two apartments located on the first floor, accommodating up to 4 people.The building is on the main road in Vourvour on a hill, so the terrace offers a view of the sea and the whole place.

Accommodation

Apartment Elios has an area of 33 m². The bedroom is equipped with two joined single beds and another separate single bed. In the kitchen there is a sofa suitable for one more person. The bedroom opens onto a terrace equipped with outdoor furniture that offers a view of the sea.

Apartment Nymfi has an area of 31 m². The bedroom is equipped with two joined single beds and another separate single bed. In the kitchen there is a sofa suitable for one more person. The bedroom opens onto a terrace equipped with outdoor furniture that has a side view of the sea.

The bathrooms in both apartments have a very modern interior, equipped with a shower cabin and a hair dryer.

The kitchens are equipped with a mini-fridge with a freezer compartment, a two-burner stove, a coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster.

Guests have access to a TV, Wi-Fi internet, air conditioning, a mosquito net and a shared washing machine.

Bed linen and towels are changed after 3 days, guests are responsible for maintaining hygiene in the apartment during their stay.

Small pets are allowed.

Private parking is provided.

In the yard there is a small playground for children, a summer house and a barbecue.
