Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is
canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be
100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but
it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Accommodation
The apartment is set on the first floor.
It has a separate bedroom with a double bed. There is a sofa bed in the living room with a kitchen.
The kitchen includes a large fridge with a freezer, an induction hob, and a coffee maker. The private bathroom has a shower, a washing machine, and a hair dryer.
The apartment is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet and television. Guests enter a clean apartment and are responsible for maintaining the hygiene during their stay. An additional set of bed linen and towels is provided, which guests change themselves as needed.
The unit offers two terraces with seating. One has a view of the pool.
Guests can freely use the pool and sunbeds within the complex. A shared garden with a barbecue is also available.
Private parking is not available, but vehicles can be parked on the street in front of the accommodation for free.
