Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Avra Studios is located opposite Sykia Beach, on the Sithonia Peninsula. It offers studios for 2-4 people and a beautiful view of the sea.

Accommodation

The complex has three studios set on the high ground floor. Two studios each have one double bed (narrower than standard dimensions) and a bunk bed, while the side studio has two narrower double beds.

Each unit has a kitchen that includes kitchenware, a refrigerator, a mini oven with two stovetops, as well as a private bathroom with a shower.

The studios are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet and TV. Bed linen and towels are changed every three days, while cleaning is available on request.

The two studios offer direct sea views and have access to a spacious, shared terrace where each unit has a private seating area. The third studio has a side view of the sea.

A barbecue is available to guests. The complex does not have a private parking lot, but there is enough space for parking around the building.

Pets are welcome.
