Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Located just a short walk away from the sandy and beautiful Golden Beach, Avra Studios & Apartment offers studios and apartments which include a small kitchen (including a microwave), television, air conditioning, and private balcony. Our studios can sleep between 2-4 people while our apartments can sleep up to 5.

We are about a 10 minute walk from the center of Skala Panagia where you will find most of the restaurants, bars, and other sources of entertainment in the area.
