Cancelation policy

Description
Avra House is located in Kriopigi, on the Kassandra peninsula, approximately 550 meters from the beach. The accommodation is set within a fenced and well-maintained yard with facilities for outdoor stay. Guests can choose from studio units that can accommodate up to 4 persons.
Accommodation
The property offers a total of eight accommodation units, distributed across the ground floor, first, and second floor. All units are designed for up to 4 persons and are organized as a single space combining a sleeping and kitchen area, along with a separate bathroom.
Each studio includes a double bed for two persons, as well as additional sleeping options such as a sofa bed or an extra bed, depending on the specific unit.
The kitchen is integrated into the main room and is intended for basic meal preparation. Bathrooms are functionally arranged and equipped with a shower.
Every unit has access to a terrace furnished with outdoor seating. Studios located on the first and second floors offer a partial distant sea view, while ground-floor units overlook the yard.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned and include a TV, Wi-Fi internet, and mosquito screens. A baby cot is available upon request at no extra charge.
The stay is complemented by a spacious fenced yard arranged as a shared relaxation area. Guests have access to outdoor seating furniture, a children’s play area with swings and a slide, and a barbecue zone.
Cleaning of the units, as well as the change of bed linen and towels, is carried out every four days. Private parking is available within the property yard.
