Avra Apartments

Avra Apartments is a complex located only 70 meters from the popular Paradisos beach near Neos Marmaras, on the Sithonia peninsula. The Lidl supermarket is 350 meters away, and the center of Neos Marmaras is about 1 kilometer away.

The building offers apartments for 2-5 people with a yard and parking.

Accommodation

All apartments have similar organization and equipment, and are distributed on the first and second floors. Each unit has a separate bedroom with a double bed, while the other room features a kitchen, a single bed, and a sofa bed. The kitchen includes a small stove with an oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, and a dining table. There is also a private bathroom with a shower (no cabin) and a hair dryer.

The apartments are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, and mosquito nets. Bed linen and towels are changed every three days, while cleaning is done only before entering the accommodation.

All units have a terrace with tables and chairs, and side sea views.

Guests have at their disposal a spacious yard, a sun terrace, and outdoor furniture. Private parking is provided for all guests.
