Description
Avra Apartments is a newly-built complex on the island of Lefkada, 5 minutes drive from the center of Lefkada Town. Kariotes and Agios Ioannis beaches are 3 kilometers from the property.
Accommodation for 2-5 persons with swimming pool and private parking is available.
Accommodation
The complex includes a total of 18 units of different types.
• Studio for 2 people - contains a double bed, a kitchenette, a private bathroom with a shower, and a terrace with a table and chairs. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, a two-burner stove, dishes, and a small dining table. There are 3 units of this type.
• Room/Studio for 3 persons - There are a total of 5 triple units. Each one contains a double bed and a sofa bed, so they can also accommodate families with two smaller children who would sleep together on the sofa. The studios have a kitchen that includes a small refrigerator and a mini stove with an oven and three burners, while the rooms only have a refrigerator. These units also have a private bathroom with a shower.
• Apartment on the ground floor for 4+1 - Two such apartments are available. Each has a separate bedroom with a double bed, while the other room features a sofa that can be extended into two beds. There is also the possibility of adding an extra bed. The kitchen includes a large fridge with a freezer, a stove with an oven, and a dining table. The private bathroom has a shower, while the terrace offers a view of the garden and a seating area.
• Superior Apartment for 4+1 - It has a separate bedroom with a double bed, and a sofa that can be extended into two beds in the room with the kitchen, with the possibility of adding an extra bed. The kitchen includes a large fridge with a freezer, a stove with an oven, a microwave, and a dining table, while the bathroom has a shower. Four superior apartments are available.
• Maisonette for 4+1 - The maisonette spreads over two levels. The lower level consists of a large kitchen (fridge, stove, oven, dining area) and a sofa bed. It is possible to add another extra bed. Stairs lead up to a gallery with a double bed, which is not separated by a door. The private bathroom has a shower cabin. A total of 4 maisonettes are available.
All units are air-conditioned and equipped with television, free Wi-Fi internet, kettles, and hair dryers. They also have terraces with tables and chairs.
Guests have at their disposal a landscaped and fenced garden with a swimming pool, sunbeds, and umbrellas. Free private parking is provided.
