The complex Avlion Apartments is situated 290m from the Elia Beach and 8km from Nikiti. It offers 6 studios with the maximum capacity for 2 adults and 2 children in the quiet area.

Accommodation

Renovated in 2018, this accommodations offers 6 units on the first and second floor.

All the studios are air-conditioned and have a double bed and a sofa bed suitable for 2 children. There are a kitchenete, a bathroom with shower and a private terrace with seating furniture.

Outside there is a garden with barbecue and seating furniture, a parking and an outdoor shower.

Korektan i dobro pozicioniran smestaj. Prelep pogled na more sa terase. Nije bučno, iako je pored magistrale. Domaćini fenomenalni.

Odličan smeštaj, sasvim pristojno opremljen svim neophodnim stvarima, čist i prostran. Apartmani u prizemlju imaju svoje terase sa pogledom na more, plus veliku terasu sa nadstrešnicom sa prednje strane. Tokom čitavog dana blagi povetarac duva sa brda prekrivenih borovima, tako da donosi svežinu i prijatne mirise, te je klimu retko kada potrebno uključivati. Položaj smeštaja je idealan za obilazak najboljih plaža u pravcu Neos Marmarasa ili Nikitija, a mogu se obići i plaže na istočnoj strani poluostrva. Iako je odmah ispod magistrale, nije bučno ni neprijatno. Za kupovinu je najbolje otići u Lidl u Nikitiju, preko puta njega je i Masutis ko voli. Najbolja preporuka za ovaj smeštaj je predobra i preljubazna domaćica Filitza, koja svojim gostima pruža osećaj pravog grčkog gostoprimstva. Puno pozdrava za Filitzu i nadamo se da ćemo gostovati kod nje i narednih godina.

Pre rezervacije smeštaja nisam pročitala ni jedan komentar za ovaj smeštaj i bilo mi je jako čudno...Kada smo otišli i smestili se, oko nas su bili isključivo naši zemljaci.Sve preporuke za smrštaj: novo, lepo, uredno... Jako dobra baza za obilazak okolnih mesta i plaža, divan pogled sa terase.
