Description

Avista Superb Villa is located only 300m away from the beach of Vourvourou, on the east coast of the Sithonia peninsula. There is a distance 4.1km from Fava Beach and 2.7km from the Karidi Beach.

Accommodation

According to its structure, it is a maisonette 220m2 on three levels that can accommodate 8 adults. It has two independent cooling units.

On the lower level (basement level) there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. On the middle level (ground floor level) there are two living rooms, a kitchen, a dining room and a toilet. On the upper level (first floor) there is a bathroom, two bedrooms and two balconies. Three bedrooms have a double bed, while one bedroom has two single beds.

A baby cot is available upon request and without any charge. Pets are allowed upon request.

Amenities include free Wi-Fi internet, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a hairdryer, a toilet, two bathrooms with toiletries and cosmetics, a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four glass ceramic hotplates and a large oven, a large fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a kettle, a coffee machine and a toaster.

In the beautifully decorated and maintained yard, there is a playground for children, a barbecue area and the basketball or football field. Guests have two bicycles at their disposal.

Cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels is done after three days. There is a private parking lot.
