Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 60 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Avista Private Resort is located 5 minutes by car from Villa Avista, in a completely private area in Vourvourou, close to the Fava beach.

Accommodation

The villa covers an area of 120m² and consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a private swimming pool with sunbeds and big terraces. It's fully equipped with 4 air-conditions and washing machines.

There is one single and one double bed in the first bedroom, while the other two consist of a double bed each. In the living room there is a sofa bed.

Accommodation is cleaned daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every 3 days.
