Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Avista Apartments is situated on Lygia, only 20 meters from beautiful beach with old eucalyptus. Villa offer to guests comfortable apartments, services and information for local businesses and attractions. We provide our customers with friendly service fair prices starting from 30 € and customized according to the season.

Accommodation

• Apartment 1: The apartment is about 50m2, located on the 1st floor and consists of two bedrooms with one double and two single beds respectively, WC and bathroom, kitchenette with fridge and stove, TV, air conditioning, wireless internet and a large balcony with spectacular view.

• Apartment 2: The apartment is about 60m2, located on the 1st floor and consists of two bedrooms with one double and two single beds respectively, bathroom, large kitchen with double door fridge and hob with oven, TV, air conditioning, wireless internet, balcony spectacular views and courtyard. The apartment can accommodate an extra person in extra camp bed.

• Double room: The room is about 20m2, located on the 1st floor and consists of 1 bedroom with double bed, bathroom, separate kitchen with hob, fridge, TV, air conditioning, wireless Internet and a large courtyard.

• Apartment 3: The apartment is about 70m2, located on the 2nd floor and consists of 1 bedroom with a double bed, large bathroom, large kitchen complete, living room with sofa beds, TV, air conditioning, wireless internet, balcony with spectacular views. The apartment can comfortably accommodate two to four people.
