Just 400 meters from the beach in Nikiti, there is an elegantly designed maisonette that represents an excellent choice for guests who want to complement their stay on Sithonia with comfortable and pleasant accommodation.

Accommodation

Avina Luxury Maisonette is a spacious apartment arranged as a two-level maisonette and suitable for up to five adults. The layout clearly separates the living area from the sleeping areas, making the stay practical for families or small groups. The lower level features a living room connected with the kitchen and dining area, as well as a bathroom. The living room serves as the central space for relaxation and socializing, and it includes a sofa that can be used as an additional bed for one person. The kitchen and dining area form a functional space suitable for preparing and enjoying meals during the stay.

On the upper floor there are two separate bedrooms, each equipped with two single beds placed together, as well as another bathroom. This layout provides additional privacy and comfort for guests. There are terraces on the ground floor and first floor where guests can spend pleasant time. All outdoor areas are equipped with seating furniture intended for relaxing outdoors. A barbecue is also available in the back part of the yard.

The accommodation is air-conditioned, with air conditioners and TVs located in the living room and in each bedroom. A baby cot is available upon request and included in the price. Pets are not allowed in this accommodation. During longer stays, cleaning of the apartment as well as bed linen and towel changes are organized every five days. A private parking space is provided for guests.
