Aventura Village

Aventura Village is a luxurious complex, located 600m from the beach and 1km from Potos, on the island of Thassos. Offers to its guests nice garden, modern accommodation, luxury, swimming pool and privacy.

Accommodation

Aventura Village is opened from 2016 and consists of 6 stone cottages that include bungalows and maisonettes.

There are 5 bungalow suites (45m²) are on the ground floor, designed to offer a unique atmosphere, carefully crafted to help you feel cozy and fitted with ambient lighting to help you relax. Every suite consists of a bedroom, living room, kitchen, brathroom and a spacious balcony with views to the sea, swimming pool and olive trees. Each of them has a private jacuzzi. It's suitable for 2 adults or a family with 1 or 2 kids.

The maisonette suite (60m²) is one-of-a-kind, spanning two floors and offering a sea view. It's larger than a bungalow suite and has space for one more guest. It also has two bathrooms, one on each floor. The ground floor consists of the living room, kitchen, a spacious balcony and a private jacuzzi. Upstairs is the bedroom with a balcony. It's suitable for 2-4 adults or a family with 1-3 kids.

Hygiene protocol

Caring for our guests and employees, Aventura Village has developed its hygiene protocol by the instructions of the Greek Ministry of Tourism. This protocol must be followed by everyone, both guests and employees.

• To avoid queues and crowded reception offices, we have activated the option of online check-in, which can be done by visiting the link https://checkin.dailylodge.com/ and by using either your name or your reservation number. Once guests have checked in online they will be able to enter their room more quickly and safer.
• The keys to the apartment will be hanging on the door of each room after being cleaned and sterilized.
• The distance of more than 2 meters between the staff and the guests of the residence should be kept.
• Room cleaning services and the changing of bed linen and towel set will be available every second day. The guests are kindly asked to notify us via email in case they require less frequent cleaning services.
• Cleaning staff will enter the rooms daily and open the windows to ventilate the rooms and remove the rubbish. The guests are kindly requested to facilitate them in their work.
• Check-in and check-out times have changed to allow time for the thorough cleaning of the rooms before the arrival of the next guests. Check-in is after 15:00. Check-out is before 10:30.
• The process of cleaning and sterilizing the rooms is certified by the Greek Ministry of Tourism. All the bed linen and towel sets will be washed at 70 °C temperature with suitable laundry detergents.
• All the decorative items (pillows, leaflets, etc) have been removed from the apartments for the safety of our guests. Dishes and all kitchen equipment are sterilized before the guest's check-in and are placed in the kitchen cupboards. It is the guest's responsibility to clean them after each use. The kitchen utensils will be cleaned again and sterilized after the guests check out. Remote controls of the TV and A/C are covered with a clean plastic wrap which is replaced with a new one before each new guest’s check-in.
• The automatic economy system of the A/C in the rooms that switches off the A/C when the windows are open will not operate this summer for fresh air to constantly enter the room. For this reason, the guests are kindly asked to set the temperature at 27 degrees of Celsius to operate correctly. However, our guests should bear in mind that the A/Cs are designed to cool the room with the windows closed.  Before the guests check in, all the filters of the A/Cs will be washed and sterilized to make sure that fresh and clean air is provided.
• Entry to Aventura Village is restricted to the guests of the residence. No visitors or friends from another residence will be allowed to enter Aventura Village.
• The guests are kindly requested to keep the common areas clean and not to leave rubbish at the tables or on the balconies so that the wind will not spread the rubbish to other guests of the residence.
• In the pool area, all sunbeds and umbrellas are classified according to the allowable area and each set corresponds to the number of rooms the guest stays in. In any case, the use of a sun umbrella and a sunbed is corresponding to the room number and all the guests must keep their distance for the safety of all visitors.
• The playground is daily cleaned to keep your children safe.  Please you have to supervise your children for keeping their distance and protection measures
• The guests are kindly requested to contact the general manager of Aventura Village (Mr. Alexandros Papakyriakou) in case they have symptoms of COVID-19. A doctor will be arranged to arrive at the room and examine the guest. The doctor is certified to take nasopharyngeal samples for molecular testing. The guests of the room must then stay inside until the result of the test. The doctor will decide which the next step will be, transport to the Medical Care of Prinos (Thassos), or Kavala Hospital.
• Antiseptic liquid will be available in the common areas and the reception of Aventura Village.
• The guests are kindly requested to use their accommodation, balcony, and stairs and not access the other balconies or stairs showing due respect for the other guests.
• All the shops on the island are operating and the beaches are open to tourists. Rules operate in all organized beach bars, cafes, and restaurants as far as the distances of sun umbrellas, sunbeds, tables, etc. are concerned. The guests are strongly advised to bring towels that will cover the whole sunbed and avoid crowded places.
