LUXURY seaside grand suite 90sqm in front of the beach, in the center of Nea Peramos, with 3 bedrooms (two bedrooms with a double bed and one with a bunk bed), 2 bathrooms (one is part of bedroom) and 2 private-protected parking places. Apartment has also a living room with equipped kitchen and dining table and sea and street view terrace.
