Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

The Athos Bay Villa which was built in the middle of 2011, is a family business situated on top of the hill directly overlooking the sea and the peninsula of Mt. Athos, 350 meters outside of the village of Ammouliani on the street leading to the two most important organized beaches: Alikes, Agios Georgios.
