Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 40 days before the date of arrival,
the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in
most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the total price is nonrefundable.
• In case of an earlier departure, 100% of the remaining days will be charged.

Description
Athonite All Seasons Luxury Suites is a newly built complex located 700 meters from the beach in Ierissos, on the Athos peninsula. It is set between Thessaloniki and Ouranopolis, next to the ancient city of Akanthos. It offers modern accommodation for 2-4 people.
Accommodation
The complex features three types of units distributed on the ground floor, first and second floors.
• Deluxe Double Studio - contains a double bed;
• Deluxe Studio (2+2) - contains a double bed and a sofa bed suitable for two children. One unit of this type on the ground floor is adapted for people with disabilities.
• Deluxe Suite (2+2) - structurally it is an apartment with a separate bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed for two children in the living room.
All units have a kitchen that includes a refrigerator, a two-burner induction hob, a coffee maker, and a kettle, a private bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer, and toiletries, and a terrace with a seating area and street views.
The accommodation is air-conditioned and equipped with TV and free Wi-Fi internet. A baby cot is available free of charge on request. Cleaning is done daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every three days.
Free parking is possible on the street in front of or around the complex, while pets are welcome upon agreement.
