Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Built on a hill overlooking the sparkling blue Aegean sea and tucked into the gorgeous green mountainside, our studios and maisonettes are just a 2 minute walk from Golden Beach.

Athina Studios & Maisonettes has studios and maisonettes spread out in 3 buildings, which can accommodate from 2 to 4 people and are equipped for independent living.

There are 6 studios that can accommodate up to 4 people, each of which is 30m2. Two studios are located on the ground floor (one studio has a double bed and a sofa for two people, the other has a double bed, a single bed and an extra bed), while the other 4 studios are on the first floor (they have two single beds, below which are extra two more beds).

The complex has two maisonettes, each is 45m2 and extends on two levels. In the first maisonette a lower level has a living room with a kitchen and two sofas where children can sleep, while the bedroom has a bed for 2 people. The second maisonette has a corner sofa suitable for two people, while on the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed.

Nearby there are super markets, beach bars, cafes, water sports, restaurants, car rentals, and everything else you'll need for a complete and rejuvenating holiday.
