Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Athina House is located 150 meters from the beach, in Pefkari, on the island of Thassos. House offers lush green garden, private parking and is a good choice for two families or group of friends.

Accommodation

House (60m2) includes 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the pther with two single beds), living rooms with 2 single sofa beds, kitchen and bathroom.

Green garden offers peace and privacy. Linen and towels are changing every 5 days and cleaning is done once a week.

Boravili smo u kuci od 04.07.2025. do 14.07.2025. Prvi utisak...staro, zapusteno, neodrzavano...jedna kafena kasicica, tri solje, dve case, kreveti stari, skripe, kuhinja masna, prljava, ispod kreveta "od popa usi"...kupatilo...uhhh...tus kada bez zavese, sifon lavaboa pukao, pa curi voda po celom kupatilu, wc solja puknuta, vrata kupatila izlepljena selotejp trakom. Jedino sto je novo su prozori i komarnici. Dvoriste veliko i samo to...beton popucao izljuspan, zali Boze 1400 e koje smo dali....Sramotno da se nesto tako i iznajmljuje po toj ceni...
