Athanasios Villa Nikiti is located 110m from the beach in Nikiti, Sithonia, on the Halkidiki peninsula. It can accommodate up to 8 people. The center of Nikiti is 150m away, while the supermarket is 800m away.

Accommodation

The villa has three bedrooms. The ground floor of the villa features a living room with a double sofa bed, a toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen that has a stove with an oven and a combined refrigerator.

The first floor offers two bedrooms with double beds, as well as a bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom with a double bed is located on the second floor.

Linens and towels are available to guests. The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning, television and free Wi-Fi internet. A washing machine and a dishwasher are also available. An iron and an ironing board can be provided on request.

The villa has a private garden with a barbecue. Villa guests have at their disposal a parking space.

Small pets are allowed upon request, with a possible extra charge.
