• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Our rental apartment complex is located in Kastrosykia, just 10 minutes away from the town of Preveza. Rooms are very cosy and bright and can accommodate comfortably from 2-6 individuals. Villa is well organized with TV, Wi-Fi A/C, fridge, neat kitchen with all the necessities and a balcony with a sea view.

Kastrosikia has sunny beaches with beautiful green clear water. The evenings are offered for night walks enjoyable, fun and delicious food that will make the days of your stay unforgettable. Our apartments are 180 meters from the sea, fully equipped and with wonderful views. In a family and pleasant environment, we expect you at affordable prices.

Apartment with 30m2 is for 3 persons, has one bedroom (one double bed and one single bed), fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, balcony and sea view.

Apartment with 60m2 is for 5 persons and has two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, balcony and sea view. The first bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. The other bedroom has two single beds. There is a sofa in the kitchen.

There are two apartments with 38m2, one with sea view and the other with garden view. Both are for 4 persons and has two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, balcony and sea view. The first bedroom has a double bed. The other bedroom has two single beds.
