• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Assos Garden Apartment is located in a quiet part of the famous Greek resort of Pefkohori, situated on the Kassandra peninsula. The property is only 240 meters from the beach and 500 meters from the town center. It can accommodate up to 5 guests and offers free private parking.

Accommodation

The accommodation is a maisonette consisting of two levels.

On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms. The first bedroom features a double bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds.

The living room includes a sofa bed and air conditioning. From the living room, narrow stairs lead to an open gallery without doors (not in use).

The maisonette has a private bathroom, standardly equipped with a bathtub with shower, toilet, and washbasin. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a large refrigerator, stove, oven, and coffee machine.

The maisonette is air-conditioned and features internet, TV with local Greek channels, hair dryer, washing machine, iron, fireplace, three large terraces with comfortable seating sets, awnings, and clothes drying racks, as well as a built-in barbecue and an outdoor shower in the yard.

For stays longer than 7 nights, guests receive a clean set of bed linen halfway through their stay, while towels are not provided. Guests have access to one parking space in front of the accommodation.
