Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Assano Seafront Luxury Suites is located in the middle of the three kilometer beautiful beach of Nikiti on the Sithonia peninsula. In 10 meters distance there is an organized beach and on the ground floor there is a café and a pizzeria.

The distance from the village centre is 1km and this makes the location ideal for relaxation and tranquility.

Accommodation

There are 11 accommodation units at guests' disposal, which are distributed on the ground floor and on the first floor of the building.

  •  Junior Suite (rooms no. 2, 6 and 10) - Accommodation capacity for a maximum of two people, equipped with a double bed.
  •  Superior Suite (rooms no. 1, 3, 5 and 7) - They are equipped with a double bed.
  •  Superior Suite (room no. 9) - Located on the ground floor, equipped with a double bed and a sofa for two people. So it is designed to accommodate two adults and two children.
  •  Deluxe Suite (room no. 4) - Accommodation capacity for 4 people. There is a side view of the sea from the room equipped with a double bed located in the living room, where there is also a kitchen equipped with a glass-ceramic hob with two hotplates. And the bedroom is equipped with two single beds.
  •  Deluxe Suite (room no. 8) - Accommodation capacity for three adults and one child. There is a side view of the sea from the room, which is equipped with a double bed in the bedroom, and in the living room there is a sofa suitable for two people.
  •  Deluxe Family Suite (room no. 11) - Accommodation capacity for 4 adults and one child, located on the ground floor. It is equipped with a double bed and a sofa, and in a room separated by a sliding door, there is a sofa suitable for two people.

All units are equipped with air conditioning, flat screen TV, Wi-fi Internet, hair dryer, standard refrigerator, espresso machine and kettle. The verandas and balconies of the accommodation units are private with a side or direct view of the sea, and are equipped with seating furniture. Pets are not allowed.

Assano Seafront Luxury Suites has its own parking lot for guests. It does not have its own yard, but it is located right on the beach.

Rooms are cleaned and towels are changed daily, and bed linen is changed every two days.

A buffet breakfast is served in the restaurant.
