• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.
• Check-in is from 16:00 until 22:00; check-out is from 08:00 untill 11:00.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Aspas House Thassos is located in the quiet area of Limenas, right next to the accommodation Studios Thea Fresh Rooms. The beach is 1km away.

The property consists of 3 accommodation units, 2 of them are triple studios with the possibility to become quadruple. One of them is double studio and it's fully renovated.

Each unit has a kitchenette.

Studios are cleaned every other day.

Outside the house there is a seating set and a lot of plants which contribute to the decoration of the exterior.
