confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon
arrival.
Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival,
the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in
most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In case of an earlier departure, 100% of the remaining days will be charged.

Description
Ases House is located on the Sithonia peninsula, near Lagonisi beach - 450 meters from the beach itself and about 150 meters from the nearest bay. It is set in a quiet environment, but the location is also very convenient for exploring the rest of Sithonia - the nearest facilities are in Ormos Panagias (about 2 km), Nikiti is about 10 minutes away by car, and you can easily reach other famous beaches such as Karidi and Trani Ammouda.
The house can accommodate up to 8 people and offers a garden with a spacious porch and a view of the sea.
Accommodation
The house has two bedrooms - one has a double bed, while the other has a double bed, bunk beds, and a baby cot. Bunk beds are also suitable for adults. There is a corner sofa bed in the living room.
The kitchen includes a large fridge with a freezer, a stove with an oven, a microwave, a kettle, and a coffee maker. The house has a private bathroom with a shower, as well as an additional toilet in the yard.
The accommodation is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, and a washing machine.
In front of the house is a spacious, beautifully organized porch with a view of the sea, a brick barbecue, an outdoor dining area, a swing, and a set of seating.
A large yard with private parking is at guests' disposal.
