• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to
confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon
arrival.
Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival,
the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in
most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In case of an earlier departure, 100% of the remaining days will be charged.

Description
Ases 2 House is located in Ormos Panagias, on the Sithonia Peninsula, 350 meters from Lagonisi Beach. It offers accommodation for 4 adults and 2 children with a spacious garden and a beautiful view of the sea.
Accommodation
Renovated in 2025, it is a ground-floor house featuring two bedrooms with double beds. The living room features a double sofa bed and an armchair that converts into a single bed.
The kitchen includes a large fridge with a freezer, a two-burner stove, a small oven, a toaster, a coffee maker, and a kettle. The private bathroom has a shower, a hairdryer and a washing machine.
The accommodation is air-conditioned and equipped with a fan, free Wi-Fi internet and television. Bed linen and towels are changed every 5 days, or halfway through the stay. Cleaning service is available on request (halfway through the stay at the latest).
In front of the house is a spacious, covered porch with outdoor furniture and a sea view.
Guests have at their disposal a large, unfenced yard with an outdoor shower, barbecue and plenty of parking space.

Proveli smo 9 noći u julu 2025 godine u ovom smeštaju. Vlasnici su divni ljudi, koji stalno unapređuju ovaj smeštaj i čine ga sve boljim i lepšim. U smeštaju dobijate bukvalno sve što vam je potrebno: sva sredstva za higijenu, aparat za kafu sa kapsulama, do maslinovog ulja, soli, bibiera, aparata protiv komaraca. Takođe, internet veoma dobro radi, bez problema sam imao video sastanke... Mi do sad nismo videli tako opremljen apartman. Kuća je udobna, ima dve odvojene spavaće sobe sa francuskim ležajevima i ogromnu terasu, spoljni tuš, roštilj garniture. Naš je utisak bio kao da smo kod kuće. Do plaže Lagonisi, koja je predivna, se stiže za 3-4 minuta putićem nizbrdo. Pogled iz kuće i sa terase je predivan, gleda se na zapad ka luci, mestu Ormos Panagias i plažama Livrohio i Trani Ammouda. U dvorištu ima parkiran stari automobil, ali ne predstavlja nikakvu smetnju ili problem. Nama je ovaj odmor bio jedan od najboljih u desetak letovanja u Grčkoj i svakako se nadamo da ćemo se vratiti.
