• The above prices are in euros per room/per night.
• These are the official prices of the property owner.
• Note: Tourist tax (2€ per day/per room) not included in regular prices.
• Deposit of 40% of the total price of the reservation within 5 days is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.
• During July and August, the minimum stay is 2 nights. 

Extra persons:
• One child under 6 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
• All children under 16 years are charged EUR 5 per night for extra beds.
• All extra large children or adults are charged EUR 10 per night for extra beds.
• Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
• For children up to 24 months there is a free baby cot

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Artemis Studios is located only 300 meters from the sea, amd 600 meters from the centre, in the place Nea Kallikratia, on the beautiful peninsula of Halkidiki. Thessaloniki Airport is 25 km from the property and 10 km from Anthropological Museum & Cave of Petralona.

Complex consists of double rooms, triple rooms and apartments.

• Double Room is for 2 people and usually has one double bed.
• Triple Room can accommodate up to 3 people with a double and a single bed or a combination of beds and roll-aways.
• Apartment has two bedrooms, separate kitchen and bathroom, can sleep up to 5 people with a combination of beds and roll-aways.
