Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Artemis Maisonette is located in Kalamitsi Sithonia, 180m from the beach. It is set in a quiet location away from the tourist noises, but close to the beach, supermarkets, organized beach bars, and charming small tavernas. The maisonette can accommodate up to 8 guests.

Accommodation

The house is a two-floor maisonette with a private entrance and three bedrooms.

The first level features a bedroom with a double bed, and the other bedroom with a semi-double bed, a single bed, and a baby cot. The second level consists of one bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning, living room with a single sofa and air conditioning, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The accommodation is equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, a washing machine, bed linen, and towels.

The guests have at their disposal balcony, a private courtyard, outdoor furniture, BBQ, and an outdoor shower. Public parking is about 15 meters away, and small pets are welcome.
