Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is cancelled up to 21 days before the date of the arrival, the deposit will be refunded to the guest (minus 30€ for administrative costs).
• If a reservation is cancelled later or in case of a no-show, the owner of the facility has the right to keep the entire deposit fee, and it will not be returned to the guest.
• In case of leaving the accommodation before the departure date, 100% of the remaining days will be charged.

Description

Artemis Maisonette B4 is located 90 meters from Ofrynio Beach, in the area of Kavala. The maisonette is set on the first and second floor and offers accommodation for 6 people with partial sea views and private parking.

Accommodation

The maisonette consists of two levels connected by stairs. It has three bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms, and an additional toilet.

The living room and kitchen are located in one open-plan room. The kitchen includes a large fridge freezer, oven, two ring hob, toaster, kettle, microwave, coffee maker and kitchen utensils.

The accommodation is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, ironing equipment, washing machine, mosquito nets, and hair dryer. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Guests have at their disposal a spacious terrace with an outdoor area for sitting and dining, a barbecue, and a view of the street and the sea.
